Seriously though, Once you log in to your account you will have many options available to you.
These options include Online Ordering, Online Order Status, Online Viewing and all of this from one simple interface.

1. Order Records online.
2. Add facilities to your existing order without having to fill out a new request.
3. Attach corresponding documentation such as patient releases.
4. Cancel an order, if need be.
5. Check Status of each facility on any order in real time.
6. View records using any device.
7. Download records.
8. Print records or export the PDF.
Entering orders online is EASY, FAST and SECURE.
When you enter your order online you can be positive that we have received it because you are entering your order directly into our system.
No need to fax or email your patient releases or other documentation. You can now attach any document directly into the order you are creating.
Once you have entered your order you will see it pop up at the top of the order list.
You also have the option to view and print a copy of the actual order form that was generated.
Oh, and don’t worry about making a mistake. From the order search screen you can simply cancel the order and start over if you need to.
